We are seeking best-in-class developers to JV and invest Pref Equity capital for Ground up and Existing Multifamily, Senior Housing, Student Housing, Retail, Industrial & Self Storage projects. 

​Equity Check Size: $10M-$30M

Location: New York to Florida and Texas

Preferred Structure: 75/25 to a 12% Pref with waterfall. (Traditional Waterfall)

We as LP get a preferred position on the return of cash flow/capital.

Fixed Preferred Program which is 75/25 to a 15% pref. Once we achieve the 15% Pref the Sponsor gets 80% of the backend. 80/20 Sponsor/LP Cash Flow Events: Income minus Expenses.
